Garden Maintence Services
To keep our prices down we service properties in the same area on the same schuduled day or days. Schuduled days are worked around council bin collection days to avoid any problems. Large properties will incur a higher rate than that stated on our site and will need to be quoted on a per job basis.
Handyman Hire (Skilled Labourer)
Our handymen prices are worked out on a day rate (8 hours or less) anything over 8 hours in any given day is charged out at the specified hourly rate plus 10% per hour after 8 hours. Our skilled labourers are placed at each job dependant on skill required to complete the tasks at hand.
Concreting Services
Our concreting services are based on a square meter rate or labour only plus materials depending on the size and complexity of the job. Driveways up to 30 square meters in size will cost on average $1,999. Plus any earthworks costs that may be needed (approx $120 per hour with a two hour minimum.)
